With awareness, you have the tools you need to handle stressors in your life. 

One of the most powerful things we can do on our journey to success is to learn how to control our thoughts and emotions through the power of our breath.

We ambitious women are powerful beings and can do much at once. Still, the most powerful thing we can do is have a connection with breath everyday to take us out of flight or fight and to access logical thinking to help us be less reactive and less emotional.

I want to share a brief practice that is less than 3 minutes that will change your way of being each day helping you achieve the health approach to success.

One of the most powerful things we can do on our journey to success is to learn how to control our thoughts and emotions through the power of our breath. 

My spiritual teacher Dr. Joesph Michael Levry once said: The breath is the king of the mind-when you control your breath, you control your mind, when you control your mind you control your life. 

It’s very common as women we find ourselves running around all day in a reactive fight or flight mode that eventually leads us to burn out. 

We ambitious women are powerful beings and can do a lot all at once but the most powerful thing we can do is have connection with breath everyday to take us out of flight or fight and to access logically thinking to help us be less reactive and less emotional. 

I want to share a brief practice that is less than 3 minutes that will change your way of being each day helping you achieve the health approach to success. 

3 point breath practice. 

You in hale through your nose for 5 seconds, hold your breath for 5 seconds and exhale out of your mouth or nose which ever feels good for you in the moment. 

I am going to take you through it and share a powerful affirmation I used in the morning after I breathe. 

Here we go, sit somewhere comfortably. If you are driving do not do this unless you are pulled over or parked somewhere safely. Sit with you spine tall, shoulders relaxed. Begin to inhale for 5 seconds, hold your breath for five seconds and exhale for five seconds. Do this three times.


After I am done with the breath practice I have a special affirmation prayer I say that I am sharing here:
 

I am enough.

I am doing enough. 

Everything in my life is in divine order.

I am exactly where I need to be in this moment.

I have trust and faith that I am being supported and guided by the universe in all that I do.

I surrender all fear, worry and doubt to the universe and I am open to receiving blessings. 

I am safe, I am happy, I am healthy and I am successful.

Love, peace, balance and harmony is the law of being in my day.
