It all begin with ideas that I started to write down and plan out. I was starting my life over from scratch after a divorce, job loss and my father passing away and I knew I couldn’t change the cards that life delt me but I could respond by getting clear on what I wanted in every aspect for my life. Each day I would spend time writing out what I wanted and focusing my time and energy on these things and everything I was writing down was coming to life and even better than what I imaged. This is what I love to help clients do, help them get clear on what they want, help them write it down and organize an action plan. This is the most important thing you can do for yourself especially at the beginning of the New Year.
